Dude Diaries: Skate Board Craz

This skate board was given to Caleb by his 2nd cousin Zane before we left for MN. It has been Caleb's constant companion for these past few summer months. He loves it! He can do many "tricks" on it, it is so cute! Caleb normally does not care to get his picture taken, but this time he begged me to take some! It was so fun because he came up with his own posses. He is becoming a very cute young man! I just love the kid!

New Fav Toy!

I went to Target the other day and found these really fun snap beads! They turned out to be so awesome! Both of my kids love to play with them. I have not snapped any pictures yet, but will soon! Here is a picture from the site! These would make a great gift!

Diva Diaries: Danceing Princess

Little Miss Hannah is a true diva, or most would call her a 3 year old:) I love her to death but she is so strong willed and independent. So I decided to document her diva dealings by calling it Diva Diaries. Today's dealings had to do with dancing to her most favorite song by Taylor Swift....over, and over and over again.

Freedom, Love & Fireworks

We had a wonderful 4th of July! My brother came and spent the weekend with us. It is so nice to have family here in MN! We will miss him when he moves back to Idaho.
We had 2 days packed full of fun, sun, fireworks, water skiing (not done by us....professionals, will explain later in post!:)) and that good ol' American sport, baseball!

So in other words I have a TON of pictures! I am still sorting though them all but wanted to post something! Here are my favs of Hannah. She is so fun to dress up!! She is also a big ham, so it is so easy to photograph her.

My bloggable life

SO as most of you know by now, we are having boy #2. Yesterday when we found out we told the kids to guess what we were having: boy OR girl. (of course they had heard me tell everyone that the baby most likely was a girl) So Caleb in all hopefulness said boy and Hannah, of course said girl. (what happened next brought tears to my eyes)

Me: " Caleb issssss...... RIGHT! We are having a baby boy!!"

Caleb: "YYYYEEESSSSS!!!! I knew it!"

Hannah: " But I wanted a sister! (tears pouring down her sweet cheeks.) Mommy, can we change it? Can we guess again?"

Me: "Sure Hannah you can guess again."

Hannah: "It is a GIRL!" (tears still lingering, eyes looking eager.)

Kurtis: "ohhhhh"

Me: "Hannah, I am sorry, but I can't change what the baby is. It is a boy. You get to be a big sister to a baby brother. It will be so fun!"

Hannah: "Oh, can I guess again."

Me: "Sure."

Hannah: "It is a boy!"

Me: "Hannah issssss RIGHT!"

Poor Hannah, she really wanted a sister. But I think that she will be okay being the spoiled princess. More brothers = more hugs and spiders on shoulders! We love our little Hannah. She is joining the tradition of my family......My mom had no sisters, I had no sisters and Hannah will have no sisters (Things could only change IF i decide to have any more! BIG IF here people!!!!!)

I guess I am not always right........

But most of the time, I am! :)
So today was the big day! We had our ultra sound done and found out the sex of the baby......

Drum roll please!!

It is a BOY!!!

I was TOTALLY taken by surprise! In fact I am still in shock! I thought for sure it was a girl. But, like I say....I guess I am not always right.

So I guess it is time to whip out the blue!

Man, I am really shocked.......

Wordless Wednesday

I have a friend that does this, and thought that it would be fun to start!

A good day for Caleb = Baseball

There is no doubt about it, Caleb loves baseball. He talks about it all the time! He is definitely a baseball fanatic! It is so fun to see what he loves and what he dislikes. Caleb is such a good boy. I am so lucky to have him!
