You know the feeling that you get when you look at a new born baby? So fresh and new, ready to be loved. The last few days have been so wonderful. I was terrified that I would have a hard time with this one, but I now have realized that they are only little for such a short period of time and to enjoy every second, and I have.

I just scrolled through all your posts on this page and I am in total "awe" your baby is beautiful and I love the name "porter" so cute! Your photography is beautiful and I am a better person after reading everythin in your life lately. I love it! Congrats on your baby and I hope you do take time to remember how they are only so little for so long because now Ashley is so big and it seems she was the one in these newborn photos yesterday.
