When it all comes down to it...I love OMLETS!!

ZIPLOC OMELET

(This works great !!! Good for when all your family is together. The best part is that no one has to wait for their special omelet !!!)

Have guests write their name on a quart-size Ziploc freezer bag with permanent marker.

Crack 2 eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag (not more than 2) shake to combine them.

Put out a variety of ingredients such as: cheeses, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc.

Each guest adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shake. Make sure to get the air out of the bag and zip it up.

Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. For more, make another pot of boiling water.

Open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed.

I have not made these yet, but it sounds so yummy!!! We are going to try it tomorrow morning!! I will let you know how they turn out!!! I also think that these would be awesome for camping.

all good things....sneek peek

These two were so easy to work with! I have decided that I love shooting weddings because they are so happy and in love that every picture turns out! (which makes it so hard to choose which ones to edit!!) Also it was fun to be at the Bountiful Temple again! Thanks you two, you made my job easy!!

I just love this picture! It just makes you smile!!

forever and ever!

Kurtis and I have been married for 7 great and crazy years! It has been 7 years since we have been back to the Bountiful temple where we were sealed for time and all eternity. We had the great opportunity to go back a few weeks ago to attend a sealing. It was so fun to be back and to remember where it all began! I was the photographer for the wedding that we attended and of course could not resist snapping a few pictures of this magnificent temple before we went in. I think that they turned out beautifully. You just can't go wrong with taking pictures of the temple!

I just wanted to let Kurtis know what a wonderful husband and father he is. I was talking to him today and told him that it is hard to believe how far we have come. I am so proud of him. He works so hard, puts in so many hours at work, yet still finds the time to play baseball with Caleb, take Hannah to the park and listen to me chatter on and on when he gets home!
Thanks for loving me and saying that you would marry again! I am so thankful for you!
I love you!!

we saw it all!!

Home Sweet Home!

Lets just start from the very beginning.......Kurtis and I flew to Rochester MN last Friday, perky, kid-less and ready for an exciting house hunting adventure (plus a little time alone)!!! We had so many "favorites" that we found on line and really had no worries about finding a least a few good ones! So with smiles on our faces we went to meet our totally awesome Realtor Saturday morning. She had told me that she at at least 20 houses for us to look at! Sweet...right?! So off we went...the fist house...lets just say bomb!!! The second house... well your looking at it! Easy enough, right? WRONG!!! We totally gave this beauty and A-!! Let saying "it just won't suit our families needs!" Okay, now imagine 20 houses later and no "I just love it!" house. So sad and tired we went back to our hotel. But an added bonus was that I had an AWESOME girls night out with all my AWESOME friends! Did I say friends?!! YES, I DO HAVE SOME!! YEAH!!! (Thanks so much for coming!!)
The next day was Sunday so we went to our old ward, the best one I might add... and had SO much fun!! The difference between our ward here and our ward there was amazing! People actually new our names!! Then after all that we went to find some more houses! This time we found it!!! The golden trophy! The one and only! The best one on the block! We just had to put an offer in! So we slept on it that night and the next morning we put an offer on the house. We left Remax to have lunch and not ten minuets out we got a call from our Realtor. Bad news....some one had put an offer in last night and the had already excepted it! Of course I start drowning my self in tears and Kurtis just sits there in silents! What do we do? We are leaving tomorrow, we had no close seconds..... so back to the hotel to look up more houses. We found about 3 or 4 to look at...and maybe a few to go back to that we had already seen. That afternoon we went back out. That is when we fell in love with this one and another. So now we had two to choose from! Yippee! When it came down to it we knew that we really did love this one. Except one thing....it really had not place for our kids to play. So our totally awesome Realtor said, lets finish the basement and I get everyone in here to do it BEFORE you move here! WHAT?? At that moment we knew that we LOVED our Realtor! She is going to all the work....the bids, the shopping, giving the green light, ect! Plus she said that we could roll over the cost of the basement into our morgage! SWEET!!!! So yesterday was the big day, we signed and he signed. Now just cross your fingers that the inspection goes okay!! :)

Here are a few pictures!!!
