Jumping bunnies!

The kids have so much fun jumping and playing on the trampoline at grandma and grandpa's house. I too had fun using my mom's AWESOME camera. I put it in the sport mode, which lets you take 3 pictures a second! I was able to catch every move! Did I say that I want a new camera?!

Oh to have faith like a child!

This past week Caleb has been having some Asthma issues. It only flairs up when he gets a cold, or when its cold outside. (MN winters not fun at our house!) So he as been fighting this cold for about week now and has been having a hard time breathing after doing simple tasks, like playing, riding his bike, or walking long distances.(All I can say is how thankful I am for his nebulizer sp?) So I have been keeping a close eye on him. The other day he had some friends come and get his to play. I told him if he had a hard time breathing to come back in. Well about an hour later he came in for a drink, I asked him if he was feeling okay he said, " Yeah mom I fell fine because all I have to do is touch Jesus's robe and I will feel better. You know mom you just have to have faith!"
Caleb is such a sweet boy, I love his great attatude and personality! Love you Caleb!

Princess what?

The other day I was reading my my awesome, but kinda weird book (Breaking Dawn) while my kids where playing Mario Cart....I know I am such a great mom! (its all the books fault I swear! I just can't rip my self from it!! All of you ladies know what I am talking about! Kurtis wants nothing to do with the book, or hear about the book, even though I tell him anyway! So if any of you ladies want to "discuss" the book let me know! I would love to chat about it! )
Anyway......I over heard them fighting about Princess Peach's name.
Hannah: "I want to be Princess Pea, okay Caleb!"
Caleb: "No Hannah, her name is not Princess Pea, it is Princess Watermelon!"
Hannah: "Oh okay, I want to be Princess Watermelon."
Caleb: "Hannah, I just know everything about Mario Brothers so next time you can just ask me what their names are."

I took some fun pictures the other day and so much fun! Hannah is quite the poser which made it a lot eaiser to capture her personality. I have been soaking up Ralphie's blog and have been very inspired! Thanks Ralphie you are amazing!!

Back to school!

I can't believe that Caleb is old enough to go to Kindergarten! I am so nervous! I know that I will miss him like crazy (maybe I will miss the entertainment that he provides for Hannah!). Anyway, I was wondering if any of your kids will be riding the bus this year? Caleb will be, and I have been so worried about it. Please ease my mind and tell me what you do to help calm your nerves about the whole bus thing! Give me some pros and cons!! Thanks for your help!!

Yes, that is right today I spent the mother load! I had to buy new brake pads AND new rotors AND refill break fluid AND get something flushed out TOTAL: $515.78
Yikes! It was no fun! I had know that my brake pads were getting bad, but I had no idea it would cost so much..... or maybe I did and that is why I waited so long to do it! Anyway......that is whats I did today. What did you spend your money on today?

Wood Family Reunion

The wood reunion was really fun! It was full of activities, games and food! Here are the kids and I preparing to launch our homemade rockets! All the kids took turns launching there rockets to see how high they could fly. We did this for at least and hour and a half! It was truly a "blast"! (Cheesy I know, but I could not resist!:))

Christi some how managed to french bread Hannah' s extremely thin stringing hair! It looked so cute!

I bought these cute shirts at Target for all the Reed girl cousins, then made them matching hair bows and then Christi and I made the adorable tutus! If you are interested I would love to make your daughter one! Just give me a call, or even better...come over!

No Snow......Yeah!!

We went to the cabin in Island Park to spend some time with Kurtis's family and the great thing about it was that there was no snow!! We were so happy to play outside and not have to huddle together on the boat or just sit inside and watch it snow, hail or rain!!
Caleb went out on the boat with Great Grandpa and Kurtis to fish. This is the fish he hooked! Great job Caleb!!

Kurtis had been waiting for this moment all summer! He was the first one to try out the new wake board and had quite a hard time trying to get his gigantic feet into the boots! He used up about half the bottle of dish soap to get them on and the other half to get them off! But despite all the soap he had a blast out there! (And I think that he had the cleanest feet!)

Caleb relaxing while Hannah and I are slowing being dragged by the boat. Hannah had so much fun out there.........but as for me......I think that I would rather be in Caleb's place! Thanks Derek for not dumping us!
I don't have a picture of Caleb ridding the tube, but he sure had a blast! He kept yelling "faster!" and standing up to ride the waves in the tube. He never wanted to get off, after each ride he was say "who wants to go next with me?!" It was so funny to see all his facial expressions!

We drove the 4-wheelers to this gorgeous spot! It was so pretty and green, I could not believe all the wildflowers! We brought a picnic lunch and explored all the beautiful surroundings!

The kids had so much fun playing with their little cousin Evelyn! They crawled all around the cabin with her! It was so cute to watch! Hannah still talks about playing with her! Derek and Christi- I think that we need to come up and play again!!
